These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of products and services offered under our business verticals: DCT Network, Perk Excellence, Dream Bit Link (DBL), Perks & Gifts, and DCT TradePulse. By registering or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use any services provided by the Dream Come True Group of Companies.

2.1. Each product brand—DCT Network, Perk Excellence, Dream Bit Link, Perks & Gifts, and DCT TradePulse—is operated independently under the umbrella of Dream Come True Group of Companies.
2.2. While governed by a shared vision, individual brands hold their own legal and operational responsibility. Claims or issues should be directed to the specific product provider.

3.1. You must be 18 years or older to register with any of our services.
3.2. Accurate registration details are mandatory. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3.3. Duplicate registrations using the same identity or documents will be rejected across all platforms.
3.4. Sponsorship is mandatory for DCT Network registration.
3.5. Upon joining DCT Network, users must complete their profile and KYC to activate earning potential.

4.1. DCT Network provides educational packages (Starter, Beginner, Intermediate, Advance) that unlock income-earning opportunities.
4.2. Income eligibility, withdrawal conditions, package upgrades/downgrades, and package expiration rules are detailed under the DCT Network's education and commission policy.

5.2. DCT Network users registered through the back office can receive real estate commissions: - Starter: No Commission - Beginner: 0.5% Commission - Intermediate: 1% Commission - Advance: 2% Commission
5.3. Eligibility for commissions requires separate registration with Perk Excellence via the DCT Network back office.

6.1. DBL provides a cryptocurrency-based POS system with features such as tipping and discounts.
6.2. Users who purchase DBL can earn residual bonuses depending on their DCT Network package and DCT Plus membership status.
6.3. Bonus rates and eligibility may vary. Full details are accessible through the DCT Network portal.

7.1. Perks & Gifts is a global shopping platform accepting cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT/USDC) for purchasing gift vouchers.
7.2. Users gain access to over 21,000 brands across 79 countries.
7.3. Vouchers purchased are non-refundable and must be used as per the platform's guidelines.

9.1. All purchases across Dream Come True Group of Companies products are final. Refunds are not available for: - Incorrect wallet details. - Overpayments or underpayments. - Incorrect invoice selection. - Expired or unused services.

10.1. All platforms adhere to applicable data protection regulations.
10.2. User data is collected solely for operations, verification, and service improvements.
10.3. Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.

11.1. Inactive accounts (90 days) may be tagged as dormant.
11.2. Dormant accounts on DCT Network may lose access to income and active packages.

12.1. Members may not promote, sell, or discuss other business opportunities, referral programs, or external platforms that compete with DCT Network.

13.1. Transfer of DCT Network accounts requires submission of KYC documents from both parties.

16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Dream Come True service is based.
16.2. All disputes shall first be resolved via arbitration or mediation before any legal action.

17.1. Dream Come True Group of Companies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
17.2. Continued use of any service indicates your acceptance of updated terms.
